All elements that may pose a potential risk to the environment or local populations are removed.

The equipment is disassembled and as much of the waste as possible (such as metal and used oils) is recycled by companies authorised for that purpose.

The foundations are covered by soil which is then biologically stabilised through hydroseeding; any exclusive wind turbine access roads are rendered unusable and undergo biological stabilisation by hydroseeding.
