In the UK, EDPR is developing offshore wind technology in joint ventures at two sites, the Outer Moray Firth and Inch Cape. Both projects are expected to deliver a total of 2.4GW of installed generation capacity. In 2010, EDPR opened its UK office in Edinburgh, and currently is also positioned in the development of onshore wind generation both in Scotland and across of the UK.
