/DUTIES
Duties
• To ensure compliance with all legal obligations arising from the fact EDP Renováveis is a listed company;
• To work close with the Management Team in the definition and implementation of the company’s communication strategy to investors and analysts, and to coordinate, prepare and release all company’s relevant information;
• To coordinate, prepare and conduct information disclosure sessions, press conferences and roadshows, which includes: the release of relevant information; results announcement; strategic presentations; roadshows with Management Team members in the largest financial centres; meetings and conference calls with investors and analysts; and, to answer questions and doubts regarding the business of EDP Renováveis and its markets through e-mail, telephone or meetings with analysts and institutional or private investors;
• To inform the Management Team the expectations of the financial community regarding EDP Renováveis and benchmark with peer group, to monitor all changes in the stock exchange and financial markets of interest to the company, to filter information into the company when justified and to inform it of the different perceptions that capital market players have of EDP Renováveis’ activity;
• To develop and update the investor relations section in EDP Renováveis’ webpage;
